As a successful family-run construction and project management company that's been in business for two decades, Urbacon needed to strengthen their position in an increasingly competitive market. With a client base of architects, interior designers, facilities managers and building developers and owners, Urbacon had become the benchmark for the highest quality interior construction and project management. The company was expanding to leverage this reputation in the area of design-build and in an innovative field that it created - power system design, installation and maintenance. A custom home division had recently been added to service the burgeoning custom residential market.

From their original location in Toronto, the firm expanded to serve new markets with offices in Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver. They needed marketing materials that could acquaint existing customers with their new offerings and introduce the company to a new customer base.

We developed a position for Urbacon based on the value to clients of the company’s knowledge of several critical issues in the construction sector – quality, design integrity, building technology, service, needs, teamwork and community. This formed the framework for a series of marketing materials, including direct mail, corporate brochures and website content.
